Return and Refund Policy

The Bong Express will accept returns & refund the customer under these circumstances 

 

Return and Refund policy 

 

• if purchase is within 30 day period with valid recipet

• if item has broken I accept it may be used - how roughly the item has been used will dictate approval

• if it is faulty incorrect or broken we will inspect and return your money or send out another item to replace if item is incorrect 

• if you do need to make a return or refund request please contact thebongexpress.aus@yahoo.com with receipt and order date and what is wrong

• refund may take up to 10 business days once approved it will be done via bank transfers only
